MIB operations update during COVID-19
Dear all, the last few weeks have been an un-precedent in our recent history, impacting all of our lives: privately, publicly and economically.
The growing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic has caused major challenges not only in China and in our own Italy, the first two Countries most impacted, but now it is heavily spreading all around the world.
In the midst of this as well, the global collapse in the oil market has created a shock wave for our entire industry affecting market conditions with capex and budgets being axed by many Developers.
Amid the stress and uncertainty, it has never been more critical and fundamental to believe in ourselves and in what we do, to keep strong and try to maintain our daily activities up and running.
Hence, we want to take this opportunity to keep you informed about the actions MIB is taking in this uncertain time.
We are continually evolving best practices, as they relate to COVID-19, and remain dedicated in our focus on safety and quality, while remaining as much operational as currently permitted
Keeping our employees safe
Safety of our employees as the highest priority. We work hand in hand with the Italian Institutions, in accordance with any decree, protocols and guidelines that have been developed. Our plan consists of work from home protocols for most of the office personnel while all shop personnel follow strict safety protocols (before entering the worksite, mid-day and during working activities).
Delivering our Projects
Our manufacturing facilities are operational and are expediting delivery of all ongoing Projects as quickly as possible. We are also taking all necessary steps and actions, throughout our supply chain, to minimize any schedule impact on mid-terms Projects.
Remaining fully operational and available to you
Our teams are working to support and respond safely to our customers across the country and the globe. Our sales and aftersales teams are constantly available to support you.
